I offer weekly Kundalini yoga, meditation and sound baths with gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and chimes in my sweet little studio on Pen y Lan Rd in Roath in Cardiff. Session are also offered online, and at Llanover Hall Arts Centre in Canton, and occasionally at Little Green Refills in Abergavenny and Coed Hills Rural Art Space in St Hilary, near Cowbridge.
Private 121 sessions are also available, where I will listen to your needs and offer you a tailored session to support you on your journey; this may include a meditation, mantra, sound bath, or/and Reiki session.
In-person classes are suitable for all levels and must be booked in advance due to space limitations.

I am offering youth ‘Mindful Movement and Meditation’ classes on Wednesdays 5.45-6.45pm at Llanover Hall Arts Centre in Canton in Cardiff. This class is for all young souls aged 8-12yrs old 🙂
I am a fully qualified ‘Starchild’ Yoga teacher, ‘Radiant Child’ yoga teacher and Kundalini Yoga Instructor and have worked with children for over 20 years teaching art and pottery, and running workshops..
These yoga classes are a lot of fun!!!
We explore animal poses, improving balance, flexibility, co-ordination, rhythm and focus through breath-work, stretches, bending, moving, dancing, breath-relaxation techniques and meditation.
