CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

My Offerings

During term times I offer weekly Kundalini yoga, meditation and sound baths with gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and chimes at venues across Cardiff and south Wales.

 Mondays at Llanover Hall Arts Centre in Canton 

Wednesdays mornings online (Cardiff, UK time)

Sunday afternoons at THRIV Salon in Lakeside, Cardiff 

 

Term time workshops are offered MONTHLY at Oat & Bean vegan cafe in Cardiff, at Coed Hills Rural Art Space near Cowbridge, and at the Pantri Box in Porthcawl, Bridgend.

Outside of term time I am adventuring around the globe, however online new/full moon sessions will be available (please check details below).
