My Offerings

I currently offer weekly Kundalini yoga, meditation and sound baths with gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and chimes at venues across Cardiff.

Sessions are offered WEEKLY in person and online.

 Mondays term time at Llanover Hall Arts Centre in Canton, 

Wednesdays mornings online (Cardiff, UK time)

Sunday evenings at the gorgeous THRIV Salon in Lakeside, Cardiff, 

Workshops are currently offered MONTHLY at Oat & Bean vegan cafe in Cardiff, and at Coed Hills Rural Art Space near Cowbridge.

I offer private and tailored sessions for individuals/ group/corporate clients, online and in person (you provide the space, I’ll bring the magic!).

These sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group; to include one of the following:
