Please remember to sit comfortably in a quiet space with your spine aligned: ears above shoulders above hips, bring you hands into prayer position, and thumbs pressed to your heart centre, chest lifted, chin gently pulled back.
Start by chanting the Adi (Primal) Mantra:

Finish your practice with:
"Sat Nam" x 3
